This Privacy Policy describes how Goosh Analytics (hereinafter referred to as the "Service", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects user information.

1. Information We Collect

When you use the Service, we may collect the following data:

• Account information: email address, first name, and password (stored as a secure hash) when you register.
• Company information: company name and related business data you enter.
• Tracking link data: WhatsApp phone number (in E.164 format), message text, unique link code, creation date.
• Click analytics: visitor hash, IP address, browser User-Agent, date and time of each click.
• Instagram data (with your consent): when you connect your Instagram Professional account, we access media insights such as views, reach, likes, comments, saves, and shares for your published content. We access this data through Meta's official Instagram API.

Visitor hashes are computed from the IP address, User-Agent, and link identifier. We do not collect names, email addresses, or other personal identifiers of link visitors.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

• Social media or messenger passwords
• Private messages or conversations
• Payment information or bank details
• Precise geolocation data
• Instagram content or direct messages — we only access publicly available insights metrics

3. How We Use Your Information

• Providing core Service functionality (creating tracking links, counting clicks, calculating campaign KPIs)
• Displaying analytics dashboards with campaign performance metrics
• Calculating derived metrics such as CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and engagement rates
• Improving the Service and user experience

4. Instagram Integration

Our Service integrates with the Instagram API via Instagram Login to help businesses analyze influencer marketing campaign performance. When an Instagram Professional (Business or Creator) account is connected:

• Authorization is performed through Meta's official Instagram OAuth flow
• We only request access to media insights (performance metrics such as views, reach, likes, comments, saves, shares)
• We do NOT access private messages, stories content, or passwords
• Insights data is used solely to calculate campaign performance metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS) visible only to the account owner and the business that created the placement
• You can revoke access at any time through your Instagram account settings, which will immediately stop data access
• Upon disconnection, we stop fetching new data; historical analytics derived from previously fetched metrics are retained unless you request deletion

5. Data Storage

Data is stored on secure servers. Retention periods:

• Account data — until account deletion by the user
• Tracking links — until deleted by the user or account deactivation
• Click data — up to 12 months from creation
• Instagram insights data — up to 24 months or until the user disconnects their account

6. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except:

• Infrastructure providers (hosting, databases) that process data on our behalf and under our instructions
• As required by applicable law

Instagram insights data is only visible to the account owner and to the business that created the influencer placement within our platform. It is never shared publicly or sold.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Secure password hashing
• Access token encryption for Instagram connections
• Role-based access control within the platform

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data stored in the Service
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (see our Data Deletion page)
• Revoke Instagram access at any time through Instagram settings
• Export your data upon request

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be available at this URL. We encourage you to review it periodically.
