Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your data from Goosh Analytics. This page explains how to do so.
How to Request Data Deletion
Send a data deletion request via email:
Please include in your email:
- Your email address associated with your Goosh Analytics account
- Your company name within the platform (if applicable)
- What you want deleted: account only, specific data, or everything
Processing Time
We will process your request within 7 business days and send confirmation to the email address from which the request was received.
What Data Will Be Deleted
- Account data: email, name, password hash, session tokens
- Company data: company name, associated bloggers, placements, and campaign analytics
- Tracking links: all links, click data, and visitor analytics
- Instagram connection: access tokens, cached insights data, connection metadata
- Chat messages: all messages sent and received within the platform
Instagram Data Deletion
If you have connected an Instagram Professional account to Goosh Analytics:
- You can revoke access at any time through Instagram Settings > Apps and Websites
- Upon revocation, we immediately stop accessing your Instagram data
- To also delete previously cached insights data, please submit a deletion request via email
- We also support Meta's data deletion callback โ when you remove our app from your Instagram settings, we receive a notification and process the deletion automatically
Please note: After deletion, all your data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Active tracking links will stop working.
